Formations House offers complete business bank account opening service for only £500.00. We will open the account on your behalf and deliver the account number and cheque book. You will then be able to apply for Credit card, Debit card, ATM and/or internet banking services. Currently, we only open bank accounts in the following currencies:

• Euros
• Pound Sterling
• US Dollars

The bank account openinig process takes approximately 2 weeks to complete. However, you bank account will only activate after the first transaction. to order a bank account, please send the following required details to ‘FORMATIONS HOUSE, 29 Harley Street, London W1G 9QR‘:

• Notarized copy of the Passport of Director(s) and all other signatories to the account.
• Notarized copy of the Driving license of Director(s) and all other signatories to the account
• Notarized copies of last 3 months bank statements
• Notarized proofs of residence (2 utility bills from last 3 months)

Please note:

• You will be required to send translated documents , if they are not in English.
• Proof of residence does not mean that you should have a place of residence in the UK; you may reside anywhere in the world. This proof of residence provides a confirmation of your residential address.
• If your company was formed more than 6 months ago, a certificate of good standing is required.
• If unable to provide one of the above mentioned proofs, you can also use a letter from your bank or a solicitor, or a council tax bill (UK residents only).

As soon as the payment for bank account opening service is received, you will be sent a bank account opening application form, to be filled in and signed by company director and secretary. You are requested to make make sure that you send the filled form along with the required documents to Formations House as soon as possible. Formations House will not be able to start the bank account opening process unless all the documents are received.
